My name is Adrian Gutierrez, I am a full-time real estate investor in the Chicago area. I look for properties almost anywhere from far south as Country Club Hills to as far north as Gurnee/Round lake. So lets make a deal. I live in the Wrigleyville area so expect to see me roaming around at night.
