I'm a part time Real Estate Investor currently working on investments in Philly and looking to diversify my portfolio.

Real Estate Experience

I'm a licensed realtor in NY and former Loan Officer working in NY, NJ and FL. Looking to leverage this experience and build a portfolio in Real Estate investing.

Real Estate Goals

Build assets with initial flips then focus on cash flow properties. I live in Long Island and with taxes it's difficult to find good investments due to high cost of entry and taxes so I'm looking for nearby areas to invest.

Currently Seeking

I'm currently investigating student rentals and section 8 housing.
