I am a real estate investor in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. I also have a blog that I contribute to frequently at www.LiveRealEstateInvestor.com. I talk about what is currently going on in my business and give some deal analysis as well as some great marketing tips and advice

I am a full time wholesaler in the Hampton Roads are of Virginia. I currently wholesale anywhere from 2-5 deals a month. I also have some lease option exprerience.


Real Estate Goals

I would like to consistently wholesale 5 deals a month. That being said, I would like to automate the process and outsource as much as possible.

I am looking to expand my contact base and work with other investors across the country.
