23 year old switching my strategy to short sales until this "boom" passes..I want a piece of the short sale pie!

I have one co-operative assignment deal under my belt and hope to work some short sales from start to finish here shortly.

Looking to network with anyone who invests in real estate in North Carolina as well as anyone who does short sales nationwide.
