My name is Adolph Littlejohn and I am the Manager of Loss Mitigation At All Phases of Real Estate Inc. We are a nationwide full service short sale company with over 10 years experience. We currently doing negotiations for 65 short sale nationwide in the states of NY, NJ CT, SC, FL NV, CA, MA. We service both types of clients homeowners and investors. We also participate in the cash for keys program. We pay 6% commissions to real estate agents and share equity splits when the deal merits it. We have investors that are ready to purchase the homes when we submit the SS package. The investor will then sell to the end buyer using a double close.
