Tom started investing in real estate in 2003. His first properties were fix and flips. Tom stumbled into the foreclosure (short sale) business in 2004. After he figured out what he was doing, Tom thought it was cool that he could build a system, whereby he could turn short sales and not need money and do it risk free. Today this system is pretty much automated and Tom's focus on working ON his business, instead of IN his business. Now active in TX, AZ, CO, and GA.
