Primarily work in the consulting business helping clients package their loan requests which can be a comprehensive task. Usually clients seeking financing can not, nor do they have a clue about writing an Executive Summary correctly. They just know they need financing.
All Private Investors in our network are not the same. Therefore we must analyze the clients request and "package" the loan requests accordingly. We have been funding commercial and investor residential loans for over 12 years.
