Darrell is well connected in the apartment investment industry. He is a professional real estate investor, financial advisor and founder of a private real estate investment and advisory firm in Southern California that specializes in multifamily properties. He spent his career working in the apartment industry with top tier real estate companies like CB Richard Ellis, to private equity firms to entrepreneurial multifamily real estate syndication companies.
Over the years, he has amassed a wealth of experience with apartment investments. Darrell has extensive experience with multifamily underwriting, financial analysis, financial modeling, condo conversions, acquisitions and dispositions of apartment properties.
He has analyzed thousands of investment properties totaling in excess of $60 billion located throughout the United States including the states of California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and other major markets. Darrell's been involved with the acquisition and sale of over $850 million in apartment properties.
