I currently own two properties totaling 8 units. I used the experience from buying those two properties to help me learn the basics and I am now actively pursuing more advanced strategies. I am currently looking to rehab properties for cash as my current holdings have dented my savings. After rehabing some properties for cash and experience I plan on beginning to develop properties in the NYC Metro area.

My ultimate goal is the construction of a skyscraper in Manhattan. First however I need to learn about real estate, and work my way up from something smaller which I can then apply to larger and larger projects. I know it will take a long time to achieve this, but I am young and more than willing to make it happen!!!
