My grandfather is incredibly knowledgable with investing..and has done several deals as well has helped me get several under contract. Though we didnt close on them, I felt so accomplished at getting to that stage. I was 19 at the time and felt like I had no idea what I was doing.. didnt realize how much I knew.

to become financially independent but to also HELP people at the same time!

a mentor.. I had one before (aside from my grandfather) who was incredibly knowledgable and if anything, he gave me confidence more than knowledge. I am really seeking to get back to that point.
