For the past 18 years have had my own company working as independent contractor writing hotel contracts for the film industry. Experience

I have had amazing good fortune with all of my investments. To start with, all but 2 were in California and were located in very desirable locations. I think California is a great investment. I'm also blessed with an ability to design & decorate well and I think those traits combined with the locations of my flips was the reason for the success I appreciated.
