I'm a General Contractor with a passion for Real Estate. I've been in construction for 10+ years and have a degree in Real Estate Planning and Development.
Experience
Currently own 21 Out of State SFD's. Helped develop and construct a 13 unit apt building and have built over 50 custom homes. With partners, I've done about 25 spec homes in Southern California. Extensive experience in remodels, additions, and new construction.
Real Estate Goals
To have enough passive income to where I can do what I want, when I want. Accomplish this by starting with SFD's and move to multi's and apts.
