Currently own 21 Out of State SFD's. Helped develop and construct a 13 unit apt building and have built over 50 custom homes. With partners, I've done about 25 spec homes in Southern California. Extensive experience in remodels, additions, and new construction.
To have enough passive income to where I can do what I want, when I want. Accomplish this by starting with SFD's and move to multi's and apts.
