I am an independent contractor who provides market feasibility studies for LIHTC, subsidized, and market rate multifamily properties. I am a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent working for Albert Anthony Real Estate in Pittsburgh.

I worked as a real estate analyst for a national CPA firm specializing in affordable housing from 2006 to 2010. I completed market feasibility studies and assisted on appraisals of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HUD Subsidized Section 8, USDA Rural Development, and market rate multifamily rental developments.

From 2005 to 2006, I worked for a property management company that owns and operates over 300 apartment units in the Pittsburgh's East End. I assisted on the leasing, maintenance, and management of apartment units.

Graduated from Penn State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Finance.

My goal is to own and manage a portfolio of multifamily rental properties.
