I work full time as a Telecommunications Engineer but my true passion is Flipping Houses. I started flipping houses when I was 19 years old and I flipped 10 houses in about a five year timespan. I did very well financially and learned a lot about the business. However I was still working a full time job, Playing Semi-Pro Football, getting married and planning a family so Flipping took a back seat for several years. I did a couple houses between 2000-2005 but haven't done any in the past 5 years. My sons were both at the age where I needed to be involved in their lives and working fulltime and trying to flip a house wasn't an option. However with that said, the kids are now at an age that I can feel comfortable moving back into this line of work and get serious about it. I've got one flip going on now and it's going very well. Looking for additional properties to buy in the Johnson County Kansas area and at some point I will be looking for opportunities in Florida as well.

Looking to make Flipping my full time gig as the market picks up and I'm back where I was 10 years ago when I first started in this business. I have a great passion for this business and can't wait to dig in and get back to it.

Currently Seeking

Seeking properties in the Johnson County Kansas area. Looking for major rehabs, forclosures, short sales, etc. As long as the ROI is there I'm open to look at a property.
