I have been investing in Real Estate for the past 35 years. I also teach Infinite Banking techniques primarily to Small Business Owners and Real Estate Investors. We combine the techniques of the 4000 year old banking system with 200 year old asset creation, preservation, and protection models to enable individuals to see what the bankers see so they can earn what the bankers earn. By doing so, my clients get great rates of return while reducing their risk to practically zero. For those who invest in Real Estate, they can now not only get the tax advantages, growth and leverage of their properties, but also earn great rates of return on the way they finance those properties. Adding Infinite Banking to whatever you buy will give you many more benefits than you can get by using cash or borrowing from the 'corner bank'.
