I buy REOs from the bank and flip to investors. I often stumble upon a FSBO and flip it. I am getting involved with larger properties ie apt complexes and more.

Experience

I have been in the RE industry either working for agents, investors or studying how to invest on my own since 1999.


Real Estate Goals

I am starting to buy REOs in 2012. My goal is to close at least 10 deals per month by mid year.
