In my own words...

My interest in real estate investing was born about five to six years ago. I started with books, followed by more books. From there, I attended a few seminars and even read a few more books.
Since doing my first deal, I've been hooked! I get a kick out of various aspects of the business from working with people, making numbers work, and the real estate itself.
