I am a Realtor and Builder/Developer of Green Built Homes and Condos. Investing in short sale properties and re-selling them is a main interest of mine. I have been in the real estate investment arena for over 30 years. My newest venture is Serendipity Group, LLC, a buyer and seller of short sale properties.

Experience

I began my real estate investing with student apartments in 1979. After selling all of my rental properties in 2000, I started developing restaurants and selling them after creating a good gross income. Then I started building spec homes and am now developing a Green Built Condo Community. As a Licensed Builder and Certified Green Professional, I have good insight in developing. I have been a Real Estate Broker for 28 years specializing in Investment Property. I keep my eyes and ears open in my wife's short sale investing and selling activities. As a Realtor, I keep up on current issues through the many on-line groups that I belong to.

Real Estate Goals

Now that I am an "official" member of Serendipity Group, LLC, I want to help position it as a respected and trusted investment group. To accomplish this, we intend to work as a team with our negotiator, transactional lender, Realtors, etc. to keep homes from becoming REO's and the effects this has on homeowners and lenders.

Get our Condo Development completed and maybe do one more (or sell the excess property).

Business relationships, properties with owners interested in a short sale and knowledge to help keep up with the ever changing short sale market. Also, from time to time, I'm seeking to add my two cents worth to relevant discussions!
