Hi, I am William "Billy" Schwanebeck. I am a native of Warner Robins, GA. As a third generation builder, it was only natural that I would also become a builder, developer, a Professional Residential Building Designer, and most importantly a Realtor. I received my degree from Florida Institute of Technology, and then feathered my education by completing all the managerial courses offered by Lee Evans, the nation’s leader in Residential Construction Leadership. I current hold a Georgia license for Commercial and Residential Building, and a Georgia Real Estate License. I have also served as President of the Home Builders Association, and currently serve as President for my Second time. I look forward to serving you!
