As of August 2010, I am brand new to the world of real estate. From what I have seen and heard, there seems to be opportunity to make very good money in real estate investing. I have not officially purchased any REI courses or anything like that. Nonetheless, I am here to learn as well as network with anybody that can guide me in the right direction. Basically, I am someone with no money and no credit. I am also someone who is motivated to succeed and learn what really works.
