Currently a full time real estate investor, working on flipping REO's. Previously worked as a chemical engineer, golf pro, and country club manager, so I bring a diverse set of experiences to the real estate industry.
Got my RE license in 2010, but mainly use it to save money on my own deals and gain access to MLS, etc. I love investing in general - stocks, options, etc. - so REI was just a natural extension of that.
Complete 10 rehabs in 2012 and continue to grow my rental portfolio.
SF REO's to flip or hold as rentals.
