I am a UK resident doing business mainly in Scotland but also in Indianapolis, IN. I have gathered a vast amount of new ideas from my US cousins and applied some of them successfully in the UK. Looking now to develop in the USA but as a non resident alien this is very difficult. I look forward to building long lasting relationships with ambitious RE investors in the USA and would be only too happy to reciprocate with US investors wanting access to UK markets.
I bought my first apartment inthe UK to rent out. I had no pension plan arranged and wanted to set up a future source of income. My main job is commercial pilot but my investing has developed in a way I never expected and now I feel driven to continue to the point where I am no longer reliant on avaiation for my living. I have completed, various deals, fix and flips, lease options and am now wholesaling (sourcing) for two property companies in the UK.
I am heavily invested in the UK but have investments in USA. I now wish to develop this area as the entry costs in general are lower than UK. Mainly flips, but also possible commercial (apartments) and am open to ideas from inventive (but reputable) investors.
Asset rich but cash poor, any deal will hinge on my credit worthiness (a plus) and my ability to structure and make deals that work.
Inventive investors looking for a JV partner who have a new idea or even better, a new way to use an old idea.
I am a smart business orientated individual looking for similar US based colleagues. You will be my access to the US market. I can be your access to the UK market.
This recession is the mother of invention - don't let us miss this opportunity to make money.
