Iâ€™ve was in real estate long before becoming licensed in 1996. You can say I kind of grew up in it. My grandfather was a carpenter. I use follow him around the dragging a hammer and playing with the scraps. I learned about business though courses in high school, in college my favorite courses were the ones related real estate. That unyielding will to master all facets of the real estate business have led me to gaining experience in many areas of real estate including mortgage banking and construction. I have the where-with-all to help with foreclosure prevention. I am confident in claiming to know a little something-something about the real estate industry and all of itâ€™s broadness.

Experience

Licensed as a Broker in 2000, and Licensed as an agent in 1996. I took some college courses in real estate in addition to my required MCE courses.

My experience in mortgage banking, underwriting, foreclosures, secondary market, due diligence, BPO and little REO however I am growing in this area. I also have taken extensive mortgage banking courses in college.

My construction experience stems from my husband's company he is a custom home builder and I work with him part time. I again have taken hands on college courses in construction.

I've been in real estate long enough to have developed a vast diversity of established relationships such as builders, mortgage lenders, contractors, etc, etc.
