I am an acquisitions analyst for a commercial real estate investment company. We are located in Boston and we roll out 1031 TIC deals for individual investors.

My goal is to be rehabbing a house within the next 12-14 months. Long term I'd like to make rehabbing/flipping my full time job. I'd also like to invest in 20-40 unit apartment buildings when I acquire a little more capital to invest.

The last 8-12 months I have been spending all my waking free time to learning about the business from flipping, multi family investing, foreclosures, and wholesale.

Besides wanting to start my own business I enjoy traveling and spending time in the great outdoors. Hiking, biking, rafting, fishing, climbing, skiing...etc

I also work part time for the Boston Bruins on there promo team.
