Experience

I have extensive experience with Single Family in the past but have switched to Multifamily currently.

I am also an experienced Cost Segregation Consultant working with commercial property owners to help them defer income taxes by accelerating the depreciation on their properties. I can be reached for free feasibility studies as well.
