I am an Asset Manager for a Real Estate Investment Fund. We bulk buy REO's from the bank nationwide. The majority of our properties are in need of some amount of repair. Because of the volume that we buy in, we purchase all of our properties site unseen and sell as quit claim deeds. All taxes and liens, if any, are passed onto the buyer.
