Hello,
I'm an easy going guy who is finally ready to take control of his life. I'm scared that when I'm old and gray sitting in my rocking chair I'll think of how my life could have been If I'd took action. Regret scares me more than anything.
I enjoy traveling and meeting new people wherever I go. I'm also an avid football fan who possesses an infinite passion for the Buckeyes of The Ohio State. On Saturdays during the fall I'll be found immersed in college football, I love that game!!
I joined this site in hopes of learning more about real estate investing and to build valuable relationships. I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone on here and to enhancing my real estate knowledge.
If you are reading this take a five minute break and shoot me a message or give me a ring. I'd love to hear from you just to chat about your experiences in life and your business. I'm always ready to learn something new or make a new friend. Take care; I look forward to hearing from you.
I don't have a lot of experience in real estate investing except for blowing money on courses. I did a lot of reading but took no action, I was scared and the what ifs kicked in. I finally got off my duff and completed three deals.
I've had great difficulty pen pointing certain goals I want to complete. Is that strange? Am I the only one that has had this problem? My goal is like everyone elses, to become financially free through investing in real estate. I've found the right tool for me to reach that goal in real estate but seem hung up on the right strategy for me to use to reach my goal.
For the time being I'll stay involved in wholesaling but I want learn more about short sales so I can begin to save money for rehab flips. I'm extremely interested in rehab flips but lack the capital required to pursue that strategy.
Recently I've meet some landlords who want out and are willing to owner finance their properties in order to sell them. I have been thinking of pursuing that opportunity. My area is a renters market, a landlords dream. Properties where I live can be snatched up between $10k & $50k and be rented for $450 to $575. I think I'll look into it.
I'm currently seeking investors who are successful with short sales. I would love to pick your brain on the do's and don'ts of this strategy. I also seek advice in the building of a short sale team. I'm obviously doing something wrong.
I'm also seeking anyone who would be willing to share their knowledge and experiences. I would appreciate that greatly.
That's a pretty good sized squirrel. You can tell he hasn't missed to many meals lol.
