Hello,

First and foremost I'm here to start and build long lasting friendships,I like to believe I add value to all of my relationships.

I'm a easy going guy who is finally ready to take control of his life. I'm scared that when I'm old and gray sitting in my rocking chair and thinking of how my life could have been If I just took ACTION!!!

Real Estate Experience

I don't have a lot of experience in real estate investing except for blowing money on courses. I did a lot of reading but took no action, I was scared and the what ifs kicked in. I finally got off my duff and completed two deals. I was able to wholesale a property and bird dogged a property for another investor.

Real Estate Goals

I've looked into mobile home investing and it would be very profitable around where I live. I want to invest in mobile homes for the monthly cash flow so I can pursue other areas of investing. The other area of real estate investing that I have been looking to get into is short sales. I want to use the cash from short sales to help me purchase mobile home parks. My goal for right now is to purchase a used mobile home, and complete a short sale

Currently Seeking

I'm currently seeking investors who are successful in short sale investing. I would love to pick your brain on the do's and don'ts of these strategies. I would also like help in systematizing the short sale process

I have also taken an interest into mobile home investing. I would like to use Mobile Home investing to create passive income. I live in an area that is in constant need of affordable housing and mobile home living is the norm. If you are an investor in one of these areas, SS/MH, I would love to chat with you.
