I recently took control of my company 401k plan and will roll over into a solo401k Jan 2011. I am seeking investment opportunities to grow those funds. Wish to acquire additional cash flow to aid in retirement and twins sons college. Retire to the highway in motorhome. I buy to hold. Also very interested in learning about wholesaling and absorb all I can from this excellent forum.
