Experience

In 1992 we began inspecting REO and foreclosure properties. At the same time we began to set up marketing for a series of successful seminars for first time home buyers.

We continued to do Appraisal Valuation and Consulting of Residential and Commercial Properties for many clients including commercial sources, banks and mortgage companies, relocation companies and private individuals.

We are now pleased to offer our services as consultants with a commercial real estate financing company. We work directly with the investors and investment team – We are not brokers.
