I buy and develop retail centers that are next to Super WalMarts.
I am currently looking for an equity partner for a small expansion ($950,000) at a Super WalMart.

I have been investing for over 20 years. I began investing in apartments and now invest in and develop small Super WalMart shadow centers.
Real Estate Goals
My present goal is to complete the development of a 100,000 square foot center. Currently, 40,000 square feet have been developed and hope to complete the project in 3 - 5 years.
