Our experience encompasses Brokering deals for Mortgages, REOs, Commercial Properties, Performing and Non-Performing Notes, etc. Our education in this field exceeds our actual investing time in this business. We have an accumulated knowledge of about 10 years!

Our goals are simple! Become one of the most relavent companies in Michigan and beyond by helping buyers/investors get into quality deals that add to their bottom line! We are commited to making our partners money!

*** Addendum *** I feel like it is important for me to expand on the previous offer we are presenting. This is not the same offer that you hear every investor or company makes! Most people tell you they can deliver, they may even forward you tape of High End deals being offered! But for numerous reasons and excuses the deals never close! Usually because there are too many people in the middle mucking up the deal! If you know what I am talking about then you feel our pain!

Here's the thing, due to these happenings liquidators never get to unload their inventory to willing buyers! Consequently The Federal Government comes in a scoops up all the deals and because their financing is almost inexhaustible they ultimately are driving up the prices of these properties.
