I own 2 properties now and just got done doing my first flip and it was an awesome experience.

Real Estate Goals

I would love to have a passive income of around 10,000 a month net from a collection of properties. I am becoming a Realtor soon and i will then work to become a broker, it is something i have always wanted to do.
