Hello Real Esatete Investors and lenders. Pleasure to belong to this forum. I have passion for real esate. This should be of interest to investors looking for the HOT buys. Here in Syracuse we have natural resource outside of basketball called low cost rental houses where you can buy 2-3 units for under $80K and make positive cash flow. I have apartments from low of $90k with postitive cashflow We were recently noted in CNN for number 3 in city for low cost housing.
Funding is my specialty without funding the deals will not work in our current economy.
