Because of an on-duty injury I had to retire early from my Law Enforcement career. My hubby & I were already taking R.E. training so it turned out to be a perfect time to look into it a little harder.
Experience
My husband and I have purchased several tax liens and had many already payback with interest. We've also purchased several "low end" homes but haven't rehabbed & flipped yet.
Real Estate Goals
Short term goals: We want to own at least two rental properties (or properties on lease w/option) by the end of the year. Continuous purchasing of property tax liens.
Currently Seeking
Private funding for more deals. Equity share partners or co-wholesaling partners. And, buyers for my fixer upper properties.
