In my own words...
Experienced CPA that has written articles in the Colorado Real Estate journal and helps many real estate owners with their tax returns. Traditional and Roth IRA investors can also diversify from traditional investments and put some into real estate. You find a custodian that helps you follow the rules and if done right it can have some leverage and that is where I can help if a special tax return filing is needed.
