Real Estate Investor who started by converting first home into a rental. I have always loved real estate and what it can provide.

Experience

Began investing in April of 2000 with purchase of first home, converted to rental and have done that twice since. I have purchased other and currently have a portfolio of 7 properties. I owned and operated a 1031 exchange company for 8 years and then sold in August of '06. Started another small boutuique firm doing a handful of deals.

Real Estate Goals

To create a real estate portfolio that allows me to do what I want to do when I want to do it where I want to do it. I am not a "get-rich quick" type of person. I enjoy the art of the deal and making a win-win for all parties involved.
