I started my investing career in my senior year of college buying my first house at the age of 21. Since then, for the past 9 months, I have started investing with my mentor (my dad) who has been doing real estate investment for over 20 years, I also work with my brother on most of my deals so far. Since my first purchase we have gone into partnerships on 2 more houses and are currently looking for the next deal.

Experience

I started investing in January of 2009. My first deal was a contract deal on a 3 bedroom house. Since then I have done 4 partnership deals with my mentor (my dad) and my brother. I am constantly looking for the next deal to continue my investing career.

Real Estate Goals

My goal is to take it one step at a time until my necessary expenses are taken care of through my rental income. I plan on doing at least 3 more deals this year.

My ultimate goal is to become a full time investor by age 40 although I would love to accomplish this earlier.
