I am the owner of Calkins Enterprise, a company specializing in foreclosure possessions removal in Northern Colorado. We work with owners and servicing companies to clear out personal possessions that have been left behind in foreclosed properties, allowing them to place the properties back on the market as quickly as possible to help mitigate their risks and improve their profit potential.
