Im going to pick up real estate to buy and hold since we have reach a bottom at this point. I will see that a another decade rebuilds from this point. I wasn't burn from doing deals, but strategic without a proper battle plan. I have seen the mass floclosures, and builders rehab problems with uncomplete projects. Decide to do bulk, and have to start with a proof up buyer. My buddies say that got product at far better value, and anyone wants to see the tape is free to absorb this matter in full context.
