Carlie Goulet

Hello! My name is Carlie Goulet and I am involved in many facets of the real estate industry. I run a large residential sales team, selling approximately 200 properties a year. I also manage 150 rental properties throughout the valley. Lastly, I am an avid real estate investor, buying both long term holds and short term flips. I am an Arizona native and became a licensed REALTOR® the day following my eighteenth birthday. For the past eighteen years, I have been intimately involved in the real estate industry. I have an extensive background in the financial industry having additionally worked in all facets of the the mortgage industry (loan origination, processing, underwriting, managing) and owning an insurance brokerage which I built up to $1.5 million dollars in premium volume in just under three years. I am passionate about everything I do and love all things real estate!
