New to investing. My concentration is in small multifamily properties from 2-4 units.

My day job is working as an IT professional doing anything from desktop support to backend support with servers/networks.

I also have lots of hobbies, probably too many: Chess club, bass guitar, aquariums, home brewing beer, electronic music producer and mountain biking.

Experience

Just getting started. I bought my first property in 2009. I live in one half of the duplex and rent the other.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to pay off my first property I bought in 2009. I have had a complete thought process shift in strategy in the debate of leveraged vs un-leveraged property.

Eventually when I pay off my current duplex I would like to save and pay cash for my next investment.

Currently Seeking

Nothing for now, just paying extra on principle!
