In my own words...

New to investing. My concentration is in small multifamily properties from 2-4 units.

I am from Overland Park, Kansas and will be investing anywhere in the Kansas City metro area.

I graduated from Pittsburg State University and recieved a BBA with a major in information systems. HOWEVER... after reading mountains of RE investing books, I realized I was thinking backwards.

My goal is to create enough passive income to surpass my daytime job's salary and then switch to fulltime RE investing.

Real Estate Goals

1.) Starting in 2009, acquire at least one 2-4 unit property per year.

2.) Build up portfolio to create enough passive income to invest full time.

3.) Continue investing until there are enough assets in portfolio to justify legal protection. At this point, a business will need to be created to hold and manage them.
