I Started out in 2005 as a Loan Officer aquired my own net-branch in 2007, in San Antonio, TX. Providing loan programs for residential and commercial clientel. While attending a REIA function, I over heard investors talking about rehabbing houses, after that I was hooked. From 2006 until now I have rehabbed and wholesaled several houses and multi-family properties. Through my large network of investors and by utilizing OPM.

My expertise is locating and wholesaling distressed assets from Residential, Commercial, Bulk REO/NPN tapes (direct), Multi-Family, Mobile Home Parks, and Storage Units and connecting them with my buyers for a great ROI.

I have rehabbed and wholesaled several homes in the past 5 years. Currently, I have two rental properties that are occupied. I have several commercial, storage units, and mobile home parks and notes available.

I aquired these properties through REO, door to door, and referrals. I have only 1 property in a land trusts.

Financing was aquired through hard money and private money.
