I graduated from the University of Illinois â€“ Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelors of Science in Industrial Engineer.

I'm a certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute.

I have worked in the Corporate world holding several positions within Motorola, Inc. including, Manufacturing Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Manager, and IT Business Analyst.

I'm currently an independent Entrepreneur specializing in creating multiple streams of income through the systemization of businesses and by brokering deals.

I have also helped mentor thousands of students across the United States as a Personal and Business Success Coach.

I've worked on Short Sales, Wholesales, Assignments, Rehabs, Multi-Units, Land, condos, townhomes, single family homes.

I'm currently working on developing land, multi million dollar REO packages, and systemizing a buy/sell/hold program in low income areas.

I also give back to beginners on Real estate investing as a public speaker and success/business coach.
