I have always been interested in the real estate market. I worked as a loan officer for a little over 4 years and saw the potential in investing into real estate. I am now working on a particular transaction as a "middleman" however I would like to pretty soon be the person on the other side. Any tips/help that anone is offering to give me it is greatly appreciated. I'm more interested in the note business more than anything else.
