Love the real estate business and all the great people I get to work with and the buyers and sellers we get to help.
Currently we are looking for distressed single family and small multifamily properties in Washington and Northern Idaho.
Like everyone else we are always looking for more private investors (especially since the banks dried up) and cash partners to help put deals together.
On on again - off again real estate investor, I haven't made it a focus of my life until recently. Over the years I have done flips and been a landlord. Both of which surprisingly have worked out without a hitch for me.
I have spent my time in the trenches as a real estate agent, and currently have a residential remodeling company. Kind of handy to have in the wings when you want to flip a house eh?
Our big short term goal is to acquire 1000 positive cash flowing rental units.
In the process of getting there we are looking to do more flips, as well as purchase and hold or flip some smaller multifamily properties.
Additionally, self storage units are interesting to me!
Property deals that make sense from Western Washington on over to Northern Idaho. That is our corridor of travel.
Like everyone else we are of course looking for people with money to lend or partner up with us on projects.
