After finishing school, I worked for a large commercial investment, management and development firm. While working this job, I was also working on putting together my own investment deals, with an emphasis on value-add apartment building opportunities. I now work full-time on putting together commercial investments and I have also ventured into residential real estate investing as well.
The majority of my experience has been in commercial real estate. I have worked on the financial side of Class A office building developments, acquisitions and property management, as well as large land developments. I now have my own company and we currently are focusing on apartment buildings and residential properties.
To obtain 1,000 apartment units by Dec 31, 2012.
To obtain 15 single family properties in desirable locations by Dec 31, 2012.
To generate 60K in passive income by Dec 31, 2012.
Value-Add Apartment Buildings. We prefer 100 unit+, but if it's in a market where we currently do not own any properties, we would consider smaller properties as well.
I'm also looking for single family properties in the Tampa Bay area.
