I watched as the market boomed into infamy. After making more money doing fix and flips over the years. I got my RE license for better access to the Mls. Yet wound up selling for a few years. As the market almost came to a halt. "2006" I decided to sell my dream home and take the profits. Whew, that was close. Sold it July of 06 and moved to Pa. I wound up trading Stocks and Currencies off and on for the past few years. REI is really my passion and am ready to get back in. Full steam ahead.
