I have been involved in commercial real estate since 1978.

In addition, I presently have a mentoring web site "Circle of Winners Master Mind Group" to assist investors and real estate professionals to have success in the area of commercial real estate.

In my youth I was fortunate to work for one of the most influential men of the 20th century "W. Clement Stone."

Those who are familiar with the book "Think and Grow Rich" and "Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude" will know W. Clement Stone and Napoleon Hill.

I have applied, developed courses and
trained others in the 13 principals of success (Think & Grow Rich - Hill) and the "The Success System that Never Fails - Stone) which has led to my success.
