Worked full-time for 4.5 years leasing and managing apartments for a publicly traded REIT. Finally firing my boss effective April 2011 and going full-time as a real estate agent/investor ... I couldn't be more excited!

Experience

I became very interested in real estate after reading several books a few years back. So I began watching episodes of A&Eâ€™s Flip This House back in 2007. In March 2008, I attended the Fortune Builders Marketing & Wholesaling Bootcamp with Than Merrill and Paul Esajian in Windsor Locks, CT. I became a MA Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and I couldn't be more excited as I make the transition to a full-time agent/investor effective April 2011.

Real Estate Goals

I've finally begun to take ACTION, even though I still feel slightly unprepared. I've studied a great deal on the subject of wholesaling/rehabbing. I'll be starting my LLC soon and get that first investment property underway in the very near future!
