I started Investing in Real Estate five years ago. Over the last few years investing I have purchased, rehabbed, and sold manufactured homes and single family homes. Managed multiple properties, privately owned and subleased from others. Over the last two years I have been building a portfolio of rental properties and notes.
I was born and raised in Tampa, FL.
Experience
I have been investing for 5 years. I have aquired and sold mobile home deals with and without land. Managed several residential properties in Central Florida. More recently, doing Lease/options, Sub2, and land contract deals.
Real Estate Goals
My goals are to continue building rental portfolio. Scale my business and outsource when possible. Getting married and taking the big plunge this year 11/20/2010!!
